support academic excellence and business innovation. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Project
and Event Coordinator to manage and oversee research-related projects, workshops, and events.

Position: Project and Event Coordinator
Reporting to: Management

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Organize and oversee research-related projects, training programs, and workshops.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve research capacity within academic and business
  • communities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify research needs and opportunities.

Event Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute research workshops, webinars, and conferences.
  • Develop event schedules, coordinate speakers, and manage logistics.
  • Promote events through digital marketing and social media campaigns.

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain relationships with researchers, institutions, and funding organizations.
  • Identify potential collaborators and resource persons for training programs.

Marketing & Outreach

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase engagement with Kelloa Research
  • Consult’s programs.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools to promote events and research services.

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Track the success and impact of projects and events.
  • Prepare reports on program performance and suggest improvements.

General Administrative Support

  • Maintain databases of researchers, partners, and event participants.
  • Handle communication with clients, institutions, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Education, or a
  • related field.
  • Strong project management and event coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media management is an advantage.
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with attractive incentives based on project success and event
participation.
